REGLEMENT DU JEU

Article 1 : La Société Organisatrice du jeu est la société All Sport Speedo France, 25 A rue Alexis de Tocqueville, Bâtiment Newton, Z.I CE 31, 92182 Antony Cedex – France RCS NANTERRE B501231740 (la « Société Organisatrice »).

Article 2 : La participation au jeu est ouverte aux résidents de la France métropolitaine uniquement. S’agissant d’un tirage au sort sans questionnaire au préalable, les participants sont invités à indiquer les informations requises pour leur participation au tirage au sort sur le site internet www.speedo.fr (le « Site Internet ») avant la date butoir.

Article 3 : Les inscriptions seront ouvertes du 19 avril au 11 juillet 2010 jusqu’à minuit. Une seule participation par personne est autorisée pendant la durée du jeu. Aucune autre forme de participation ne sera acceptée et les participations ne se conformant pas au présent règlement seront invalidées. La Société Organisatrice ne pourra accuser réception de votre participation ni être tenue pour responsable en cas d’erreur sur l’identité de la personne ou de problème d’inscription en ligne.

Article 4 : Ne peuvent participer au tirage au sort les mineurs de moins de 18 ans, les salariés des sociétés All Sport Speedo France et Pentland Brands Plc ou de toute autre société en relation avec celles-ci et les membres de leurs familles, ainsi que toute personne liée professionnellement à l'organisation du tirage au sort.

Article 5 : Ce jeu est gratuit et sans obligation d’achat. AUCUNE CONTREPARTIE FINANCIERE OU SOUSCRIPTION A UN QUELCONQUE SERVICE ASSOCIE N’EST REQUIS POUR Y PARTICIPER. Les participants pourront obtenir le remboursement des frais de connexion engagés pour la participation au jeu, avec justificatif du fournisseur d’accès à Internet, de la date et du temps de connexion au Site Internet, le tout sur demande à la société All Sport Speedo France, 25 A rue Alexis de Tocqueville, Bâtiment Newton, Z.I CE 31, 92182 Antony Cedex – France . Les demandes de remboursement devront impérativement être adressées dans un délais de 30 jours suivant la date limite de participation. Passé ce délai, aucune demande ne sera prise en compte.

Article 6 : Le tirage au sort sera effectué par huissier et la décision de la Société Organisatrice est définitive. Sans préjudice des dispositions de l’article 10 ci-dessous, en participant au jeu, les participants consentent à l'utilisation, sans restriction, par la Société Organisatrice de toute publicité relative aux résultats du tirage, incluant, sans limitation, ses activités commerciales et promotionnelles dans le monde entier, et leur diffusion sur le Site Internet de la Société Organisatrice et les plates-formes de réseau social.

Article 7 : Parmi les participants ayant répondu correctement à la question de sélection, 12 gagnants seront tirés au sort et chacun recevra un appareil photo numérique étanche SPEEDO AQUASHOT d’une valeur de 139 Euros TTC (prix de vente conseillé). Les gagnants seront informés par e-mail, dans les 14 jours suivant la fin des inscriptions et les lots seront envoyés par la poste dans un délai de 7 jours suivant le tirage au sort à l’adresse indiquée sur le formulaire d’inscription.

Article 8 : Si des circonstances extérieures l’exigent, le lot pourra être modifié par un lot de valeur équivalente. Le lot n’est pas transmissible et ne pourra en aucun être remplacé par le versement d’une somme d’argent.

Article 9 : Le nom des gagnants sera accessible après la clôture des inscriptions sur demande par courrier indiquant “Jeu Speedo Aquashot” affranchi et adressé à All Sport Speedo France, 25 A rue Alexis de Tocqueville, Bâtiment Newton, Z.I CE 31, 92182 Antony Cedex – France

Article 10 : Les données à caractère personnel concernant les participants et collectées sur le Site Internet feront l’objet d’un traitement informatique aux seules fins de gestion du jeu. Aucune donnée à caractère personnel ne sera utilisée à d’autres fins que celles prévues au présent règlement ou acceptées séparément et expressément par vous. Si vous avez séparément expressément donné votre accord pour recevoir des communications de la part de la Société Organisatrice, alors vos données personnelles peuvent être utilisées à cette fin, en ce inclus aux fins de marketing direct. Les données personnelles seront collectées et traitées dans le respect des dispositions de la Loi Informatique et Libertés du 6 janvier 1978. Conformément à l’article 32 de cette loi, vous avez un droit d’accès et de rectification à vos données personnelles collectées par la Société Organisatrice, ainsi qu’un droit d’opposition à ce que ces données soient traitées, pour des raisons légitimes. Article 11 : La Société Organisatrice se réserve le droit de modifier les conditions générales du présent règlement de jeu ou d’annuler le jeu discrétionnairement.

Article 12 : En participant à ce jeu, les participants reconnaissent être liés par le présent règlement. Les instructions du formulaire d’inscription font également partie du présent règlement. La loi française est applicable au jeu ainsi qu’au présent règlement.

WIN AN SPEEDO AQUASHOT PRIZE DRAW (“Prize Draw”)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The promoter of this Prize Draw is All Sport Speedo France, 25 A rue Alexis de Tocqueville, Bâtiment Newton, Z.I CE 31, 92182 Antony Cedex – France (the “Promoter”).

2. The Prize Draw is open to residents of France only who correctly complete their details online at www.speedo.fr (the “Website”) before the closing date.

3. The Prize Draw opens on the 19th April and closes at midnight on the 11th July 2010. Entries are limited to one (1) entry per person. Third party or bulk entries will not be accepted and those entries not in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid. The promoter cannot acknowledge receipt of your entry and shall not be responsible for any entry which is lost or damaged in transit, or any mistake in the identity of the entrant.

4. The Prize Draw is open to those aged eighteen (18) or over that enter the Prize Draw as detailed above. The Prize Draw is specifically closed to employees of All Sport Speedo France and Pentland Brands Plc, any associated companies, their families, and anyone professionally involved in this prize draw.

5. Entry into the Prize Draw is free. NO PURCHASE OF ANY KIND NOR SUBSCRIPTION TO ANY SERVICES IS NECESSARY TO TAKE PART IN THIS PRIZE DRAW. Internet connexion costs may be refunded by SPEEDO provided the entrant send a request to All Sport Speedo France, 25 A rue Alexis de Tocqueville, Bâtiment Newton, Z.I CE 31, 92182 Antony Cedex – France, including a proof, obtained from the internet access provider, of the date and time of the connexion to the Website.

6. The draw will be made by a bailiff and the promoter’s decision is final. Without prejudice of article 10 below, by entering the Prize Draw, contestants agree to the promoter’s unrestricted use of any post-draw publicity for the promoter’s own purposes in all activities including, without limitation, marketing and promotional activities worldwide including use on the Website and social networking platforms

7. Twelve (12) winners will be selected through the Prize Draw to each win one (1) SPEEDO AQUASHOT Digital underwater camera, €139 (retail value). The winners will be selected at random from all correct entries received. The winners of the Prize Draw shall be notified by email, within fourteen (14) days of the closing date of the draw and prizes will be dispatched via registered post within seven (7) days of the Prize Draw closing date to the address provided on the online entry form at the point of entry.

8. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to modify the prize and to offer to the winners of the draw alternative prizes of equivalent value in case of Force Majeure.

10. Information regarding personal data provided on the registration form to enter will be collected stored and processed in a database for the purpose of managing entry into this Prize Draw. Such information will not be used for any other purpose than as stated in these Terms & Conditions or as separately accepted by you. If you have separately expressly agreed by selecting an opt-in box to receive communications from the Promoter then your personal data may be used by them for such purposes, including direct marketing. Any personal data that you provide will be held and processed in accordance with the requirements of French Data Protection Law dated 6 January 1978. Furthermore, pursuant to Article 32 of the French Data Protection Law, contestants have the right to apply for access to their personal data collected by the Promoter for the purpose of the Prize Draw, and request that it be changed, rectified or deleted. You may also oppose this processing for legitimate reasons. 11. The promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or cancel the promotion at its sole discretion.

12. By entering this Prize Draw contestants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. The present Terms and Conditions, the performance of the Prize Draw shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
